The 1st XI and the 2nd X1 teams are selected at the start of Term 1. Teams will be provisional for three weeks.

Games continue through to the end of Term 4 and so senior students must carefully consider their commitments.

Training

1 session per week, during the lunch hour, after school or early evening – depending on the coach. Sessions will also be arranged at the Cricket Academy at the Stadium.

Competition

1st and 2nd XI – play 20/20 Thursdays after school at various schools throughout the region.
Nationals are in December.

Uniform

Shirt and pants provided, WGC tracksuit.

Equipment

Provided by the school. Good players may like to purchase their own protective gear and bat. Left handers may need to purchase their own batting gloves.

Cost

WGC Registration $50. Fees must be paid during summer registration week.
